Yum! That is all I have to say. Who doesn't like a red, ripe jucy watermelon, a crisp, cruchy apple, the delicate taste of a red raspberry, just to name a few. If you like fruit, you are at a great place to start. Fruit provides excellent complex carbohydrates (the good ones!) and natural sugar that your body can easily convert into energy. Did you know that it takes..........for your body to convert......into fat and only...........to convert it into energy..........so your body would rather take the time to get you busy than to store it into fat! That is why people who eat this way have so much more energy!! Cool factoid!!
